US residents only. All buyers, sellers, and bidders must complete one-time identity verification (KYC) before transacting.
How long is a Sell-to-Us price lock valid?
5 minutes from the moment you request a quote. The lock captures the best live dealer bid with Corp's 175 bps spread applied.
What is the 175 bps Corp spread?
Corp sources the highest dealer bid for your metal and deducts 175 basis points (1.75%) as its marketplace fee. The net amount is what you receive.
Can I buy AND sell on the same listing?
Listings with "BIN + Auction" format let you purchase immediately at the BIN price or place a bid in the timed auction — whichever you prefer.
How does shipping work?
The seller ships directly to the buyer using insured mail or an approved carrier. Corp-escrow lots ship from our secured Sarasota vault.
When do I get paid as a seller?
ACH payout is triggered once the buyer confirms delivery. Funds typically arrive within 1-2 business days (mock in Phase 1).
